Job Description

Inbox Support Kaimahi

About the organisation

He Waka Tapu is a Kaupapa Māori organisation who have been supporting individuals and the community for 30 years. He Waka Tapu works to increase the health and wellbeing of whānau through social physical and mental health services.

Te Aranga Health is a low-cost whānau-focused general practice that provides traditional general practice services alongside social and allied health supports.

About the role

We are currently seeking a part-time (5 to 8 hours per week) Inbox Support Kaimahi that will work to provide support to our GP team by reviewing inbox documents and actioning based on a triage framework.

Skills and experience

  • Ideal candidate is a current Medical Student 4th year or later
  • Interest in General Practice preferred
  • Comfort with patient management systems
