Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager (Mortgages) to drive business through DSA sourcing channels while leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Generate Mortgage / LAP business via DSA sourcing network

Lead train and monitor a team of Sales / Relationship Managers

Achieve monthly revenue and disbursement targets

Maintain strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners

Track competitor activities and market trends

Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory norms
Eligibility Criteria
-
Experience: 7–12 years in Mortgage / LAP sales

Mandatory: Strong DSA sourcing background

Mandatory: Prior team handling experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
