We are looking for a team oriented hardworkingBDC Representativein our Business Development Centre to join our dynamic team! This position is offered on a part-time basis with the incumbent working every morning Monday to Friday with the possibility of additional hours as required.

Heres what youll deliver:

• Schedule log and confirm appointments with customers for our dealerships Huntsville Honda Hyundai of Muskoka and Huntsville Dodge

• Communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers (both inbound and outbound communication)

• Answer inbound calls and respond to all customer inquiries promptly and effectively follow up with customers of Muskoka region dealerships

• Update the CRM system with information regarding all verbal communication with customers

• Learn pertinent dealership processes

• Communicate relevant issues with the Service Managers

• Perform outbound campaigns and comply with customer handling and marketing functions

• Study products and services to continually enhance ability to assist customers

• Follow the policies and procedures of the BDC (Business Development Centre)

• Other duties as required by management

• Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills

• Customer service skills including diplomacy and friendliness

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines

• Strong computer skills and a focus on customer service

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Must be willing to be flexible with the work schedule

• Experience with PBS or CDK software is helpful

• Ideally 1-2 years experience in the automotive service industry
