About the Role
Were looking for Dutch-speaking team members to join a major European e-commerce platform. Whether youre already in Portugal or planning to relocate - well support you every step of the way. As a Customer Support Representative youll assist customers with their online shopping experience. From resolving inquiries to providing guidance on orders youll help create an effortless and enjoyable journey for every user. This fully remote role offers flexibility growth opportunities and the chance to be part of a dynamic international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and chat in a helpful friendly and professional way
Answer questions about orders deliveries returns payments and account settings
Handle complaints with patience and care always aiming for the best outcome
Use internal tools to document interactions and follow up as needed
Take part in a paid training so youre fully prepared to succeed
What You Bring
Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
Fluent English (at least B1) for internal communication
Either already living in Portugal or ready to relocate (EU citizenship required)
Open to working in shifts including weekends
A proactive independent work style and strong communication skills
A friendly solution-oriented mindset - you genuinely enjoy helping people
