Audi North Austin is looking for Aquisitions Coordinator to join our team of dynamic professionals!
Job Summary:
The Acquisitions Coordinator will interact with previous and current dealership guest and guests in our Service Department providing purchase and or trade-in options of their current vehicles to retain our current clientele and create new dealership clientele.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Exude hospitality to all guest of the dealership ensuring exemplory customer satisfaction.
- Establish create and maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Maintain daily sales and production records per management and dealership standards.
- Recognize and achieve daily weekly and monthly goals set per management.
- Stay up to date on product and policy.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Desire to work in a performance based commission environment.
- Experience with an equity mining tool is a plus.
- Ability to be self-motivating and independent.
- Ability to execute in a process driven environment.
- Great Attitude.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- High level communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
