Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager with hands-on experience in financial product development particularly in financial reporting ledgers and journaling this role you will work closely with a Senior Product Manager to enhance our reporting modules ensuring they align with business requirements regulatory standards and user needs.

What You Will Do:

Partner with the Senior Product Manager to gather refine and document requirements for financial reporting features (e.g. general ledger journal entries reconciliation).
Collaborate with finance compliance and operations teams to ensure alignment with accounting principles regulatory standards and internal policies.
Translate business needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and data flow diagrams for development teams.
Conduct gap analyses between existing systems and new feature requirements.
Support backlog grooming sprint planning and release management for financial reporting features.
Review development outputs to ensure accuracy in calculations reporting formats and data consistency.
Track progress identify risks and proactively resolve blockers with cross-functional teams.
Maintain comprehensive product documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We Are Looking For:

1 year of product management experience in financial services industries.
Hands-on experience in product development for financial reporting ledger systems or journal-based workflows is a plus.
Understanding of double-entry accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficient with Jira Confluence Figma and Google Workspace.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
