About the role

Were looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to shape the future of business analysis at the TAC. As the Manager Business Analysis youll lead a high performing team through a major enterprise transformation embedding best in class analysis capability across programs that drive innovation efficiency and client centric outcomes. Youll champion consistency quality and continuous improvement while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

About the Team

This role sits within the Design & Optimisation branch of the Enterprise Transformation division. The division is responsible for delivering TACs strategic priorities through portfolio program and project delivery as well as overseeing technology development and operations. Youll report to the Director Design & Optimisation and lead a team of approximately 12-16 Business Analysts working across diverse initiatives aligned to the TACs strategic roadmap.

A Proven Leader of Business Analysis

Youve led large Business Analyst teams in complex environments with a track record of building capability mentoring talent and fostering a collaborative culture.

A Strategic Thinker with Transformation Experience

You understand enterprise change digital delivery and how to align business analysis with strategic goals across agile hybrid and waterfall methodologies.

A Trusted Partner & Collaborator

Youre confident engaging senior stakeholders shaping governance forums and driving continuous improvement through best practice frameworks and tools.
