Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Direct Responsibilities
Should be able to translate business requirements into system design.
Should be able to analyze user requirements functional specifications and providing development effort estimates for the same.
In-depth understanding of ETL (Extract transform load) framework.
Should have hands on experience on Alteryx and Tableau
Should be good at Communication (written oral) Skills.
Should have Business/Customer facing skills.
Should have the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Should take complete ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
Should be well aware about standard IT processes and methodologies such as SDLC Agile and SCRUM

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years software development experience in Alteryx.
The BI Developer/Analyst will be responsible of development and delivery of Business Intelligence Solutions primarily using Alteryx to support CIB Finance. The candidate should be able to understand finance data. Good to have hands-on other BI technologies including python SQL etc.

Primary Skills: Alteryx Tableau & PowerBI (Nice to have)
Secondary Skills: Python SQL Developer & Autosys would be beneficial (not mandatory)
Miscellaneous: Awareness about tools such as Dataiku & RPA is nice to have.
