$53805 - $72795Work with a national team responsible for ensuring the efficient consistent and accurate delivery of loan maintenance and loan administration enabling the delivery of optimized loan processing and FCCs customer experience.What youll do:
- Process a variety of loan administration activities to customer accounts
- Ensure the integrity of loan information compliance to policy and procedures and achievement of service and quality standards
- Build relationships and provide support and direction to internal partners and external contacts

- Organized and detailed multi-tasker with strong technical expertise who can make decisions while respecting tight deadlines
- Confident communicator comfortable dealing with internal and external partners providing direction and feedback

What youll need:
- A diploma or certificate in business or commerce and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Specialized knowledge of mortgages lending processes security banking and loan products
- A detailed-oriented approach to tasks
