Job Summary

FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician-Off Road Certification for a permanent position in Fort McMurray AB starting December 10th. In this position you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule camp accommodations flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton and benefits after 300 hours worked.

Qualifications :

Valid Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification-Off Road required.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician.
Large off-highway Caterpillar Liebherr Komatsu or Hitachi mining equipment experience.
Oil Sands or sizeable open pit mining equipment experience.
Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Valid drivers license with 3-year driver abstracts.
Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
