Location: Brisbane - South
This role is responsible for leading a high-performing Electrical team where your technical expertise and leadership will drive safety quality and operational excellence. It will be based in Carole Park QLD the Electrical Supervisor will report into the Maintenance Manager.
- Overlook and supervise daily operations of the electrical department.
- Ensure ongoing electrical support to the production team and upkeep of machinery and equipment minimising downtime.
- Be able to react quickly to breakdowns.
- Carry out routine checks and planned preventative maintenance to maintain productivity of machines.
- Oversee and support installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Use continuous improvement to ensure optimal safety efficiency and quality.
- Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental Health and Safety and HACCP.
What You Will Bring:
- Electrical Trade qualifications/Electrical License
- Experience managing small high performing electrical teams
- Knowledge of AS/NZ S 3000
- Maintenance software systems experience
- Manufacturing process experience
- Knowledge and experience in safety procedures
