Job Summary

As part of Compass Group ESS is a leader in providing hospitality services across Defence Offshore and Remote sites in Australia. Were seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to lead and maintain high standards of accommodation services on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate accommodation staff to deliver consistent high-quality service
- Manage room allocations check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and manage supply orders for accommodation facilities
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and resident enquiries
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across accommodation operations
About You
- Previous experience in an accommodation supervisory role (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to accommodation services
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (includes satisfactory Australian Federal Police check
