Role Description

Technical BA with London Markets experience worked on Data Centric projects - General InsuranceKey Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business and technical requirements. Lead workshops and interviews to understand current-state processes and identify areas for improvement. Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories and data models. Work closely with development data engineering and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations. Support UAT planning and execution including test case creation and defect management. Analyze and optimize workflows across underwriting claims policy administration and finance. Drive data migration cleansing and integration efforts during system implementations. Contribute to the decommissioning of legacy platforms and transition to modern PAS (Policy Administration Systems). Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and data governance standards.
