Role Overview:

At Edwisely were not building another LMS. LMS is for the 1990s. We are creating Intelligent Learning Infrastructure (ILI) an AI-powered transformation layer that changes how faculty teach and how students learn chapter by chapter class by class. Were a challenger brand redefining Higher Education. And now we need someone bold enough to tell this story to the world.


The Role Were looking for a Marketing & Engagement Lead who can:

  • Think like a marketer not just a digital marketer. (What to say not just which tool to use.)
  • Create daily relevance. Posts short-form videos narratives that cut through the noise.
  • Engage with our audience. Build trust with faculty colleges and industry leaders.
  • Shape Edwiselys voice. Category-defining contrarian and unapologetically bold.

This is not an agency job. This is about owning the brand voice of a category creator.

What Youll Do:

  • Build and own a weekly content calendar across LinkedIn Instagram X and YouTube Shorts.
  • Write engaging copy (with ChatGPT as your co-pilot not your crutch).
  • Ideate and produce short-form videos (cutting founder talks events product demos).
  • Run faculty and college success stories that showcase real impact.
  • Spark and manage audience engagement (comments DMs reshares).
  • Track learn and adapt based on engagement metricsno vanity numbers.
  • Work directly with the founders to position Edwisely as Beyond LMS.

Youll Thrive If You...

  • Believe in storytelling more than tool-using.
  • Are bold witty and can write copy that provokes thought.
  • Can edit a 30-sec video reel as easily as draft a 300-word thought-leadership post.
  • Have a natural sense of what works online (not just what looks good).
  • Love fast-paced startups and arent afraid to experiment.
  • Understand the difference between marketing strategy and digital execution.

Requirements

  • 14 years in Marketing/Content/Social roles.
  • Strong portfolio of social media posts blogs or videos.
  • Hands-on with Canva/Figma and short-form video editing tools.
  • Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT Jasper etc.) to speed execution.
  • Excellent written English; crisp witty copywriting.
