TM BPO Operations Hyderabad
We're looking for a TM BPO Operations to lead our horizontal functions. This is a
crucial leadership role for someone with a strategic mindset who can drive performance
across multiple teams and act as a key consultant for the business.
Responsibilities
• Client & Business Consulting: Act as a key point of contact for clients and
internal programs building and maintaining strong relationships. Identify
opportunities for improvement and act as a consultant for underperforming
programs to drive efficiency and quality.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of managers and specialists
across various functions fostering a culture of high performance and continuous
learning.
• Solutioning: Lead solutioning efforts for new business opportunities designing
operational frameworks and strategies that align with client needs and business
goals.
• Performance & Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) identify trends and implement data-driven solutions to
improve quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives driving
lean methodologies and best practices to optimize processes and reduce
operational costs.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Adapt to a variety of roles and responsibilities as
needed working closely with other senior leaders to achieve company-wide
objectives.
Qualifications
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in a BPO role with a proven
track record of managing horizontal functions like Quality Training and Process
Improvement.
• Education: Bachelor/ Masters Degree from a recognized university
• Skills:
o Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically solve
complex problems and make data-informed decisions.
o Leadership: Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
o Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a
knack for managing client relationships and influencing stakeholders.
o Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and
responsibilities.
