Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection checking verification and supervision on maintenance activities of Architectural Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) that carried out by contractors in stations and ancillary buildings
- Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety quality and environmental issues
- Liaise with contractor station landlords and other stakeholders to facilitate the maintenance works
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
- Good interpersonal communication analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
Remarks
- Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
- Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays when and where required
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
