Job Title: Principal Solutions Consultant
Department: Operations & Pre-Sales
Reporting To: Head of Operations

Purpose of the role
As a key member of the Operations & Pre-Sales function within Mobius Networks the Principal Solutions Consultant is responsible for increasing revenues and margins through supporting complex technical sales being an expert on new and current products in the portfolio and designing complex customer solutions.
Areas of focus for this role are to support both the Mobius Sales team and Customers whilst collaborating with the IT and Networks team and Group Product and Technical functions. This includes new product demos remote and on-site customer troubleshooting and supporting customers deploying new solutions to accelerate sales. In addition to this the role includes being an expert on the product portfolio including MNO Networks Starlink Router hardware Mobius Network services and other Group products.
The role will play a key part in increasing Sales and the delivery and implementation of customer solutions all whilst ensuring the highest levels of reliability scalability and security for the services Mobius provides to its customers.
Experience
Five years experience in a deep Technical Sales role within the Mobile & IoT Industry
A strong technical understanding of IoT solutions including eSIM Private Networks MNO Carrier networks and Router Hardware
Prior experience with designing and implementing complex technical IoT solutions.
A proven ability to support customers and internal colleagues with complex troubleshooting
Experience with: Word Excel PowerPoint and CRM systems
At least five years experience in a similar role

The Company offers 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Private Health Insurance and Pension.
As the role includes significant UK and some EU Travel a Company Car will also be provided.
