Job Description:
Join Prism Digital as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant working directly with the Founder to drive new business and strategic growth. This role focuses on expanding the client base across Cloud Platform and DevOps supported by an established brand rich database and extensive network. Youll have the freedom to shape your career pathwhether as a top-performing individual contributor or a future team leader as the business scales.

What you will do:

Drive new business development winning clients and expanding accounts across IT with a focus on Cloud Platform and DevOps.
Deliver top-tier recruitment services for roles in Cloud/Platform/Infrastructure Development Data QA and Project/Programme Management.
Contribute strategically to business expansion bringing hunger ambition and ideas to maximise earnings and company growth.

The ideal candidate:

Has proven experience in IT / Technology Recruitment with a strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.
Brings an extroverted personality strong communication skills and a passion for building long-lasting professional relationships.
Shows exceptional work ethic energy ambition and a drive to achieve top billingnever settling for mediocrity.
