Were hiring a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia MO and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us bring energy and drive to their work and help us build the future of construction. This Senior Financial Systems Analyst will design configure and maintain data integrations that connect warehousing sales financial and fulfillment systems into our eCommerce environment. Others in adjacent teams manage web design pricing promotions and optimization; your focus will be on analytics data structures APIs and backend automation that power those efforts.
Salary range: $92k-$108k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement and support integrations between Shopify Magento SuiteCommerce and internal systems (ERP WMS CRM proprietary and financial platforms).
- Develop and maintain data pipelines APIs and ETL processes to ensure reliable and secure data movement.
- Support backend data models and schemas that align with warehousing sales and financial processes.
- Assist in automating workflows that support inventory management purchasing order routing billing and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with warehousing sales and finance teams to understand business processes and translate them into system integrations.
- Collaborate with the team analysts to provide GAAP-compliant reporting of financial transactions and key metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration or data flow issues to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document backend processes and provide technical support for teams leveraging eCommerce data.

Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Shopify Plus APIs with exposure to Magento and/or SuiteCommerce.
- Proficiency with REST/GraphQL APIs data transformation and middleware platforms (e.g. Celigo Boomi MuleSoft).
- Experience integrating ERP WMS or financial systems with eCommerce platforms.
- Solid understanding of databases and data modeling.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot API-based integrations and scripts.
- Willingness to learn and develop across new and proprietary systems.
- Ability to surface key insights and provide actionable recommendations via business intelligence tools like Looker Power BI Tableau etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with financial and operational data.
- Effective communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical understanding of databases and data modeling.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot API-based integrations and scripts.
- Willingness to learn and develop across new and proprietary systems.
- Ability to surface key insights and provide actionable recommendations via business intelligence tools like Looker Power BI Tableau etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with financial and operational data.
- Effective communicator able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science information systems finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 4 years of experience in backend development systems integration or financial/eCommerce systems.
- At least 4 years of SQL experience in writing queries managing databases and performing data manipulations and analysis.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
