TALENT SPECIALIST CLERICAL IV

DUBLIN BASED ST VINCENTS CENTRE NAVAN ROAD DUBLIN 7

TEMPORARY 1 YEAR FULL-TIME CONTRACT

(35 Hours Per Week)

Salary: 35609- 54914 (LSI*) (August 2025 HSE PayScale)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience*

This pivotal role focuses on supporting all talent acquisition and hiring activities ensuring smooth Contract management pre-employment checks and seamless onboarding of new hires. Reporting to the Director of HR you will collaborate closely with Talent Partners on talent management activities.

Essential:

Minimum of 2 years experience working in a HR Department

Experience in recruitment and selection

Previous Health Sector/Public Sector experience

Communicates clearly effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Proven track record of managing high volumes of administrative activity

Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines

Excellent attention to detail administration and organisational skills

Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role

Be self-motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative

Desirable:

Evidence of continuous professional development

Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework
