The Senior Specialist HR Operations Leave of Absence is passionate about delivering end-to-end customer-focused solutions and drives the HR Operations team too.
LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Specialist HR Operations to support our Leave of Absence (LOA) programs across EMEA & LATAM. As part of our Tier 2 Specialist Services team youll deliver high-quality compliance-focused support while helping us evolve and improve how LOA services operate globally and provide superior services to our end-users: Employees Alumni Partners and Stakeholders.
In this role you will manage complex leave cases provide expert guidance to employees and partners and collaborate across HR Legal and Payroll to ensure a seamless experience during critical moments in the employee lifecycle. Youll also contribute to continuous improvement process optimization and knowledge enhancements as part of our Deliver & Evolve strategy.
What Youll Do
Provide expert LOA support for employees across EMEA & LATAM ensuring accuracy compliance and care.
Serve as an escalation point for complex leave cases and partner with Legal Benefits Payroll and HRBPs.
Ensure high standards of data integrity across Workday and HR case management systems.
Identify trends and recommend enhancements to improve processes workflows and employee experience.
Collaborate with global teams to streamline and automate LOA operations and keep SOPs and knowledge materials up to date.
Contribute LOA expertise to cross-functional projects and service delivery initiatives.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
5 years in HR Operations or HR Service Delivery.
3 years supporting LOA across EMEA and LATAM.
Preferred Qualifications
APAC LOA experience.
Experience with HRIS and case management systems (Workday ServiceNow etc.).
Experience with accommodations or return-to-work processes.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics.
Excellent communication skills; additional EU languages a plus.
Proven ability to partner effectively across teams and drive improvements.
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
