Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Languages
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Meticulous team player with positive attitude and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good sense of judgment and sensitivity
Well-versed in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat proficiency in PeopleSoft HRMS Taleo ServiceNow or other HR information systems is an advantage
Remarks
Appointment will be made on temporary contract terms from commencement date to December 2025
Fresh graduates with temporary or internship experience will also be considered

Responsibilities
Provide a wide range of human resources services in Business Partner team with guidance on HR policies and practices including rendering support to recruitment activities from interview to onboarding benefits administration and movements throughout employee life cycle
Maintain staff record in HR management system (HRMS) handle related documentation and compile reports
Support the application of digitalised HR initiatives with exposure to different systems and technologies
Take up other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
