Responsibilities
- Develop implement and review HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition onboarding and retention strategies
- Oversee performance management systems and guide managers on employee development plans
- Drive learning and development initiatives to support staff growth and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws statutory requirements and internal policies
- Manage employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Provide strategic HR advice to management and contribute to organizational decision-making
- Oversee payroll compensation and benefits administration
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years progressive HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (e.g. CIPM SHRM) is highly desirable
