Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving HR strategy managing employee relations overseeing recruitment and implementing policies that foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop implement and review HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition onboarding and retention strategies
  • Oversee performance management systems and guide managers on employee development plans
  • Drive learning and development initiatives to support staff growth and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws statutory requirements and internal policies
  • Manage employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Provide strategic HR advice to management and contribute to organizational decision-making
  • Oversee payroll compensation and benefits administration


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive HR management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certification (e.g. CIPM SHRM) is highly desirable
