Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records both digital and physical.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters employment contracts and HR reports.
Track employee attendance and leave records.
Assist in the planning and coordination of training sessions and staff events.
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle employee queries and refer complex issues to the HR Manager.
Support performance management documentation and appraisal processes.
12 years of HR or administrative experience (internship experience can count).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Discretion in handling sensitive information.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law is an added advantage.
Resides in or willing to relocate to Ibadan.
High attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Eager to grow within the HR profession.
