The Role
Client Portfolio & Strategic Management:
Manage diverse portfolio of corporate and SME clients across multiple sectors
Prepare statutory accounts and comprehensive management reports
Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through to completion
Deliver tax planning and compliance services across multiple jurisdictions
Leadership & Business Development:
Mentor and develop junior team members providing technical guidance and career support
Support business development initiatives including client relationship expansion
Contribute to strategic planning and practice development decisions
Represent the firm at networking events and professional forums
Technical Excellence:
Utilise cutting-edge cloud accounting platforms (Xero QuickBooks Sage) for optimal client service
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards
Provide strategic advisory services to help clients achieve their business objectives
What Youll Bring
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
ACA/ACCA qualified with 4 years UK practice experience in senior roles
Strong technical expertise across accounts preparation audit and taxation
Proven client portfolio management experience with corporate and SME clients
Experience with cloud accounting platforms (Xero QuickBooks Sage essential)
Leadership & Business Skills:
Excellent client relationship management abilities with proven track record
Team leadership experience including mentoring and developing junior staff
Business development acumen with networking and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinking capabilities with commercial awareness
Ambition to progress to senior management and partnership level
Personal Qualities:
Strong communication skills for client presentations and team leadership
Project management expertise to handle multiple complex engagements
Problem-solving abilities with innovative approach to client challenges
