Job Summary
I am Taina Kovanen seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to join our Networks and Infra Sourcing team. You will manage supplier relationships in the Networks & Infra unit focusing on Mobile Networks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Telias Sourcing and Supply chain strives to add sustainable value by securing quality products and services with the right technology and total cost of ownership through a skilled cross-company team.
We are looking to expand the team in both Stockholm Helsinki and Oslo and welcome applications from all three locations.
As a Senior Sourcing Manager youll
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate long-term contracts
- Develop category strategy and manage supply-related risks
- Collaborate with Group Technology Country Infra and other stakeholders within Telia Company to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Perform vendor selection prepare sourcing documents draft contracts lead negotiations and maintain supplier communication.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a proactive self-motivated professional with over 7 years of experience in sourcing within the Networks area especially with major Networks and Cloud suppliers. Ideally this experience is from a similar role in an international organization with a complex business model. Alternatively we seek a technology or sales professional with a strong background in Networks and commercial negotiations.
Additionally we expect that you have:
- Solid understanding of Mobile Networks and curiosity about new technologies.
- Excellent negotiation stakeholder management communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with virtual and global teams
- Fluency in English with a Nordic language as a plus
- Academic background in a relevant field
