Senior Associate 2-5 years of relevant work experience
Senior Associates work with Clients through all stages of consulting projects by identifying major challenges generating improvement hypotheses structuring and performing analyses drawing insights and identifying pragmatic solutions and making strategic recommendations.
Senior Associates are often end-to-end responsible for a work stream within the project working as a valued and trusted contributor in both internal and Client settings. You will get the opportunity to manage Client team members and/or a team of junior consultants and you will work across a variety of industries and functional areas in a dynamic international setting.
Manager 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience
Managers directly manage teams as engagement leaders demonstrating strong project and people management skills. Managers are responsible for driving overall project progress solving complex Client and business issues and handling stakeholder communication both internally and externally. They hone their Client management skills as the day-to-day relationship owner and have the opportunity to coach junior consultants on projects learning to lead high performing teams
