Job Description

As Planhat grows so does our need for accurate insightful and timely reporting. Therefore Planhat is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager. Together with our VP Finance youll lead budgeting forecasting variable compensation and reporting while also driving data analytics across the company.

What youll do

Help lead financial planning analysis and reporting
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and models
Partner with commercial leaders to turn data into actionable insights
Manage variable compensation models and processes including drafting new/revised versions as well as managing timely and accurate payroll submissions
Collaborate w/ finance leadership to run and improve monthly/quarterly close processes and other financial processes
Continuously working on improving processes and systems used for reporting and other financial processes (e.g. BI-tool system integrations etc)
