Job Summary
Title - US Lead Generation
Location - Mohali ( Near CP-67 Mall)
Salary -Up to 60K CTC
US Shift - ( 4:30pm - 1:30am)
5 days working Sat/Sun off Cabs (pick n drop)
Details:-
3-5 years of proven experience in closing new B2B deals in Contact Center/BPO/KPO.
Prospect daily via calls emails and social media to secure discovery meetings.
Understand client requirements and align them with the right BPO solutions.
Lead RFPs/RFIs pricing discussions and proposal preparation.
Negotiate MSAs/SOWs and successfully close new-logo business deals.
Ensure compliance with U.S. telemarketing and data privacy regulations (TSR/TCPA).
Closed multi-stakeholder deals involving Ops IT/Security Finance Legal and Procurement.
Hands-on experience in building proposals and pricing models.
Knowledge of compliance and security standards (SOC 2 PCI-DSS GDPR/CCPA HIPAA).
Immediate joining preferred.
