About the company:
The company offers a wide range of insurance products and services including life insurance disability income insurance annuities investments and dental and vision insurance coverage.
Experience: 10 Years
Location: Chennai
Mode : Hybrid (3 Days work form office / 2 Days work from home)
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
Role : ServiceNow Developer / Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM ITOM HRSD Finance and GRC.
- Configure workflows business rules integrations and UI components using JavaScript Glide APIs Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM ITOM HRSD Finance and GRC modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript GlideScript HTML CSS AngularJS and ServiceNow integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
- Strong communication problem-solving and Agile/Scrum experience.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Experience with App Engine Studio custom apps DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of ITIL/COBIT frameworks.
