This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
for entire back end process of business New initiative drive day to day process related issues resolutions New enhancements and Projects
with internal stakeholders like Risk Marketing Finance COE & IT for smooth functioning of business
and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer/sales team
with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed.
for communications in terms of reports & analysis
Graduate in Management from a good institute
2.2 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
of interacting with Teams and field members
be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements
have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills
be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills
motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
