| Duties and Responsibilities | for entire back end process of business New initiative drive day to day process related issues resolutions New enhancements and Projects with internal stakeholders like Risk Marketing Finance COE & IT for smooth functioning of business and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer/sales team with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed. for communications in terms of reports & analysis |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Graduate in Management from a good institute 2.2 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role of interacting with Teams and field members be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials |
