Process Coordinator:
We are looking for a Process Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing department. The role involves monitoring daily tasks ensuring timely completion and preparing reports for submission to the Department Head. This position requires a fresher with strong attention to detail discipline in following processes and the ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor daily work assigned to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and escalate delays when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly status reports and submit them to the Department Head.
- Maintain structured trackers checklists and dashboards for project activities.
- Ensure process guidelines are followed consistently by the team.
- Coordinate between sales marketing and management to support smooth execution.
- Take ownership and maintain a commanding presence in ensuring compliance with timelines.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in any discipline (fresher eligible).
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes with discipline.
- High IQ logical reasoning and problem-solving attitude.
- Good articulation and communication skills with the confidence to coordinate across departments.
- Comfortable performing repetitive/manual monitoring and reporting tasks daily.
- Dedicated consistent and adaptable to learning.
