Job Summary

Role Definition:

Roles at this level are responsible for coordinating planning and managing the implementation of quality management system

Key Responsibility:

Quality Certifications
-Ensure that the organizations Quality management system conforms to the ISO 9001
-Reports to top management on the performance of the IMS
-Ensures all Quality processes are understood and followed
-Should be certified lead Auditor in ISO9001
-Supporting during external audits by certification body
Audits
-Manages the monitoring measurement and review of internal processes especially those that affect the quality of the organizations process
-Conducts the risk assessments of processes and tasks in all functions
-Undertakes continuous training and development
-Analyze audit results and instruct process improvement & corrective actions
-Ensures reporting as required
-Managing internal audits (4-6 nos.)
-Managing vendor quality audits
Management of IMS
-Contributes to IMS and LS document management and the portal management
People Development
-Participates in providing employee training regarding quality management system
-Supervises training of teams on various quality aspects and standards
-Planning and detailing of events and celebrations to improve quality awareness in organization
-Leading a team of 1-2 members

Subject Matter Experts
Certified Lead Auditor in ISO9001
Managing internal audits (4-6 nos.)
Managing Vendors quality audit
Supporting external audits by certification body

Education Experience:

Bachelors degree in engineering discipline or Graduate in Science
12 years of total experience preferably with min 5 years of experience in EPC environment
Certified lead Auditor ISO 9001
