Job Summary

As a Facilities Coordinator you will be at the heart of our daily operations; supporting staff contractors and visitors while ensuring our spaces run smoothly and to the highest standard.
Youll work closely with the Facilities Manager and Workplace Operations team to keep our environment safe compliant and ready for business. This role is hands-on requiring the ability to troubleshoot and complete minor maintenance tasks in addition to coordinating external providers.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for contractors visitors and staff.
- Support onboarding for new starters including access passes and workspace setups.
- Monitor and respond to facilities requests promptly.
- Oversee office moves room setups and furniture adjustments.
- Carry out minor maintenance and troubleshooting before engaging contractors.
- Manage vendor relationships and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct safety checks maintain compliance and support emergency readiness.
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a facilities or workplace operations role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to perform minor repairs.
- Confidence managing contractors and service providers.
- Knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements.
- Proactive adaptable and solutions-focused mindset.
