- Develop implement and oversee the national sales strategy in line with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities trends and competitor activities to guide sales planning.
- Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all regions.
- Lead mentor and motivate regional sales managers and representatives.
- Drive performance management through coaching training and development initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture with accountability and recognition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiate major contracts and partnerships to drive long-term business growth.
- Ensure consistent delivery of customer value and high service standards across the country.
- Oversee sales budgets forecasts and reporting at a national level.
- Analyze sales data to track performance identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to align strategies and optimize results.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies ethical standards and legal requirements.

- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field
- 5 years of proven sales leadership experience ideally at a national or regional level.
