Job Summary

Our client a leading player in their industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Lead to join their team.
Salary:
Negotiable
Responsibilities:
  • Develop implement and oversee the national sales strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities trends and competitor activities to guide sales planning.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all regions.
  • Lead mentor and motivate regional sales managers and representatives.
  • Drive performance management through coaching training and development initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture with accountability and recognition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate major contracts and partnerships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of customer value and high service standards across the country.
  • Oversee sales budgets forecasts and reporting at a national level.
  • Analyze sales data to track performance identify risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to align strategies and optimize results.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies ethical standards and legal requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field
  • 5 years of proven sales leadership experience ideally at a national or regional level.
  • Must have experience with flour sales
