Respond promptly with accurate quotes product samples and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
Maintain records of leads client interactions and sales activities
Stay informed about product offerings and customer feedback

Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within an industrial setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and understand technical product information (training provided)
Self-driven organized and goal-oriented
Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
Comfortable using computers and CRM tools
