Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing industrial clients
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations
- Respond promptly with accurate quotes product samples and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain records of leads client interactions and sales activities
- Stay informed about product offerings and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within an industrial setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and understand technical product information (training provided)
- Self-driven organized and goal-oriented
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable using computers and CRM tools
