Call Ratio: Everyday needs to be covered.

Patient Age Demographic: Eighteen and older only

What Percentage of Practice is Trauma Hospital Based Clinic Based Surgical Non-Surgical: All hospital based.

Surgical Procedures Required: Tracheotomy

Will Your Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate

Requirement description :

Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 3 years after finishing) - REQUIRED
Active DEA - REQUIRED
Active OH license (willing to accept providers needing to obtain state license) - REQUIRED
At least 1 week/month availability - HIGHLY Preferred
BLS and ACLS - REQUIRED
