Identify training needs across departments through job analysis performance reviews and consultation with line managers.
Design and deliver engaging learning programs including onboarding safety training compliance upskilling and leadership development.
Source and manage external training providers and e-learning platforms.
Ensure programs meet industry compliance (e.g. health and safety transportation laws labor regulations).
Work with operations leaders to develop targeted training for warehouse staff drivers dispatchers and logistics coordinators.
Implement technical training programs (e.g. WMS ERP systems forklift operation route optimization tools).
Champion frontline leadership development to strengthen supervisors and team leaders.
Design and maintain career development frameworks and succession pipelines.
Support performance management processes with coaching tools and resources.
Launch mentorship apprenticeship and cross-training initiatives.
Track and report training metrics (participation effectiveness ROI).
Continuously improve L&D programs based on feedback and business outcomes.
Ensure training records are maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners department heads and operations teams.
