Job Title: Information Technology Lead
Location: Jacksonville Florida (On-site/Hybrid/Remote specify if applicable)
Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)
We are seeking an Information Technology Lead to join our team. The Information Technology Lead will be responsible for managing enterprise systems driving IT initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills expertise in IT operations and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
As an Information Technology Lead you will provide technical direction oversee infrastructure and cloud platforms and mentor junior staff. The Information Technology Lead will also play a key role in ensuring system reliability security compliance and the adoption of best practices across IT operations.
Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership in cloud technologies enterprise applications and infrastructure management.

Manage IT operations troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure system reliability and performance.

Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across the IT organization.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Prepare technical documentation reports and project updates for leadership review.
