Job Summary

E-Logic is seeking an Information Technology Support Lead to provide senior-level technical support and leadership for end-user services escalations and IT operations in the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Centers (DLIFLC) from Continental United States CONUS.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Tier 2/3 IT support operations
  • Resolve complex desktop server and network issues
  • Oversee ITSM tools ticket queues and service delivery metrics
  • Provide mentorship to support staff
  • Recommend system improvements and process enhancements

Qualifications

  • 7 years of IT support experience
  • Windows and/or Apple certification
  • Experience with SCCM Jamf Pro Ivanti or equivalent ITSM tools
  • IAT Level II certification required
