Job Summary
E-Logic is seeking an Information Technology Support Lead to provide senior-level technical support and leadership for end-user services escalations and IT operations in the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Centers (DLIFLC) from Continental United States CONUS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tier 2/3 IT support operations
- Resolve complex desktop server and network issues
- Oversee ITSM tools ticket queues and service delivery metrics
- Provide mentorship to support staff
- Recommend system improvements and process enhancements
Qualifications
- 7 years of IT support experience
- Windows and/or Apple certification
- Experience with SCCM Jamf Pro Ivanti or equivalent ITSM tools
- IAT Level II certification required
