Job Summary
District WideTechnology TechnicianAnticipated Start Date: January 28 2026Responsibilities include:Work in the IT Department to provide hardware software telephone and email support to users in multiple locations across the school districtTroubleshoot common Chromebook computer and software problems independently; escalating issues to other IT staff members when appropriateMaintain device inventory and manage updates and appsSetup configure image and deploy new or existing technology equipmentDiagnose Chromebook hardware issues and repair/replace parts as neededMaintain accurate and timely records of help desk support calls and documented resolutionsResearch communicate coordinate new technologies independently or working with internal IT staff or outside contractorsMaintain accurate records of Chromebook assignments and repairs and charges to familiesOther duties as assigned
