Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth
- Develop and execute a targeted growth strategy to expand market share and revenue.
- Identify and secure high-value accounts driving long-term partnerships and competitive positioning.
- Monitor market trends emerging technologies and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Represent the company at trade shows conferences and industry events to elevate brand visibility.
Sales & Operations
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools; ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Lead complex contract negotiations securing multiyear agreements with favorable terms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing operations and product development to deliver tailored solutions.
- Support product trials and technical demonstrations to accelerate customer adoption.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a subject matter expert in industrial coatings and related markets.
- Mentor junior sales professionals and foster a culture of accountability and performance.
- Drive strategic initiatives that support broader business objectives.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering Chemistry or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7 years of B2B sales or business development experience including 3 years in coatings chemicals or adjacent industries.
- Strong understanding of industrial coatings paint or resin markets.
- Proven success in strategic account management and regional market expansion.
- Skilled in executive-level negotiations and relationship building.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and advanced Excel; experience with Sage a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 30%.
