Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO Fundraising Focus)
Location: Mumbai (preferred) Indore HQ Travel as needed
CTC: Based on experience Performance Incentives Strategic ESOPs
Experience: 12 Years Background: Investment Banking PE/VC Real Estate Funds NBFCs Family Office Advisory

This is a strategic fundraising role for a finance leader who can drive capital formation build fund structures and act as a financial architect for multi-city PropTech growth. You will work directly with the Founder & Board and lead end-to-end financial strategy-from equity and debt fundraising to compliance and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising (Equity Structured Debt)

Lead Series A and follow-on rounds with PE funds family offices HNIs and AIFs.

Structure innovative capital vehicles (SPVs AIFs SM REITs SIP models).

Maintain a warm pipeline of investor conversations with continuous engagement.

2. Financial Strategy & Modelling

Own financial models investor decks due diligence term sheets and negotiations.

Develop business plans aligned to valuation growth and project-level IRRs.

Manage cash flow strategy working capital and fund deployment.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to SEBI RERA Companies Act and all statutory frameworks.

Manage board reporting audit controls and investor reporting.

Work closely with legal teams to structure SPVs and co-investment agreements.

4. Investor Relations

Build and manage long-term relationships with institutional investors and family offices.

Drive quarterly updates investment narratives and transparent communication.

Act as the financial face of the client in capital market conversations.

Ideal Candidate

12 years in fundraising or strategic finance roles with exposure to real estate NBFCs PE/VC or family office ecosystems.

Proven track record in closing equity and debt rounds 25 Cr.

Deep understanding of fund structures regulatory compliance and capital strategy.

CA CFA MBA (Finance) or equivalent credentials.

Preferably based in Mumbai willing to travel frequently to Indore HQ.
