Were looking for a commercially sharp strategically minded CFO to lead the charge on all things finance. This is your opportunity to partner directly with the board own critical financial processes and influence high-stakes decisions in a business backed by major institutional investors.

What Youll Be Driving:

• Lead company-wide financial strategy forecasting and planning
• Oversee cash flow liquidity capital structure and treasury functions
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team driving excellence across accounting controls and reporting
• Design scalable financial systems and processes to support growth and integration
• Deliver investor-grade reporting including board packs dashboards and financial models
• Own statutory compliance (tax ICASA B-BBEE company secretarial) and serve as governance custodian
• Act as a key player in capital raises acquisitions and strategic expansion projects

What Were Looking For:

• CA(SA) qualification with 10 years post-articles experience including at CFO/FD level
• Proven track record in fundraising financial reporting budgeting and audits
• Hands-on leadership in acquisitions integrations and finance systems implementation
• Experience managing institutional investor and lender relationships
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-heavy environments
• Sector exposure in telecoms fibre or infrastructure is a strong plus
