Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic operations and finance leader to partner closely with the founder and drive organizational growth. This dual role will oversee operational efficiency financial planning and long-term business strategy ensuring the company scales effectively while maintaining financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational systems and processes to support scaling.
Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting activities.
Oversee bookkeeping and collaborate with external CPA to ensure compliance.
Identify process improvements and manage end-to-end implementation.
Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to the founder on both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in operations and/or finance leadership.
Proven background in scaling service-based or healthcare businesses.
Proficiency in financial tools such as QuickBooks and payroll platforms like Gusto.
Strong balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution in growing organizations.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
