Job Summary
Directors oversee multi-workstream project delivery ensuring Amazons GREF programs are executed with precision and scalability. They are accountable for resource management strategic planning and maintaining financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of global GREF projects across regions and functions.
Own monthly accruals forecasting and project financials.
Partner with client owners procurement and finance to align strategies with business goals.
Design pilots (e.g. Frozen Access Pilot) and evaluate scalability for future deployments.
Provide thought leadership on future engagement models and program expansion.
Qualifications
12 years in real estate facilities or operations management.
Strong background in financial forecasting stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
