Duration: Minimum 12-month contract (with extension expected)

Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst and Test Lead youll be a key driver for business unit decisions applying your expertise to lead complex operational analyses and manage projects. This role is a blend of analytical leadership project coordination and hands-on testing with a focus on web applications and nuclear domain products. You will guide and mentor junior analysts while ensuring the quality of business initiatives from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational analysis: Apply your expertise to conduct complex operational analyses and lead project teams to support informed decision-making for the business unit.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Serve as the first layer of testing identifying and reporting issues promptly. Conduct regression and end-to-end testing capture detailed results and update JIRA tickets. Assist the product owner with additional testing as needed and occasionally collaborate directly with developers.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including product owners business users and managers. Facilitate meetings and workshops to identify problems understand needs and guide decision-making. Act as a primary liaison to ensure continuous communication and alignment across all teams.

• Team Leadership: Direct mentor and coach junior analysts providing guidance and reviewing their findings before they are presented to senior management.

• Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of the IT Nuclear products and applications with a strong willingness to learn the Nuclear Work Management Application suites and NAMS (Nuclear Asset Management System).

Required Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience in a related field.

• A bachelors degree is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of web applications testing frameworks (like QMetry) Agile/SCRUM processes and concepts such as Definition of Done.

• Proven experience with unit and integration testing
