Are you passionate about cars technology and delivering an exceptional customer experience Kelly BMW is seeking a BMW Product Geniusto join our team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on learning sharing knowledge and helping clients fully understand and enjoy their BMW.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome clients and serve as their trusted BMW product expert
- Provide engaging product demonstrations and walkarounds on BMW models
- Educate clients on the latest in-vehicle technology features and benefits
- Support sales consultants by answering technical questions and assisting with vehicle presentations
- Conduct vehicle deliveries ensuring clients feel confident with their new BMW
- Stay up to date with BMW training product launches and technology updates
- Provide follow-up support after purchase to maximize customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- A passion for automobiles especially BMW
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and features
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused personality
- Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
