Job Description
The Warsaw R-IX School District is accepting applications for substitutes for School Nurse.
Applicants must have a valid RN or LPN and BLS Certification in the State of Missouri.
This position requires the candidate to:
1. Assess evaluate and identify the healthcare needs of the students and staff and perform based on those findings.
2. Have knowledge of and experience with proper medication administration.
3. Have knowledge and experience documenting nursing care.
4. Follow district policies and procedures.
Reports to: Nursing Director and/or Building Administrator.
