Job Summary

A fantastic hospital just outside of Helena Montana is seeking a full-time permanent Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join their amazing team! Up to $20000 retention bonus and $7000 relocation assistance provided with this position!

Pay: Up to $52/hr

The Registered Nurse House Supervisor Opportunity:

Full-time permanent direct-hire
Schedule: 3x12s per week day shift and night shift available
Up to $20k retention bonus
Up to $7k relocation assistance
Comprehensive benefits package including health dental vision PTO and retirement included with this RN House Supervisor position
The RN House Supervisor will oversee the critical care department and fill in to help with patient care as needed

Registered Nurse House Supervisor Qualifications:

Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required or must be eligible to obtain prior to start
Minimum of three years experience as an RN in a hospital setting
Recent ICU experience preferred
Background in patient flow resource nursing or nursing leadership highly valued
